Based in Lagos, TRANTER IT has offices and presence in all 36 states of Nigeria with over 400 employees of which over 270 are engineers. Lare has a B.Sc in Engineering and Applied Sciences and M.Sc in Operations Research from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. He is a successful entrepreneur with over 40 years experience and has built businesses in the ICT sector that are ranked among the best in Nigeria and West Africa. In 2019, Under his leadership Tranter IT formed a subsidiary called IoT Africa Networks Limited to enable nationwide connectivity of IoT devices across Nigeria and deploy a Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) under the license of SIGFOX France, which has over 65 SIGFOX Operators worldwide. This development created thousands of jobs and hundreds of entrepreneurial opportunities in (IoT) the Internet of Things. Lare is the Vice Chairman of the Information Technology Association of Nigeria (ITAN) and a member of the governing council of the Association of Nigerian Professionals in Diaspora. He is passionate about the economic empowerment of Nigerians by their participation in the new technological revolution and has trained over four hundred engineers to become ICT specialists since 1999. Mr Ayoola is married with six children and two grandchildren and lives in the United States and in Nigeria.
