Imagine a situation where a customer has a query that they would like to discuss with a customer service agent. The only problem is, they don't want to stay active on the chat window. 


With AireComm, the customer can recieve responses and reply using SMS service. The customer can send an SMS which is converted by that carrier into a helpdesk ticket or a live-chat message, which is then received by the customer service agents, who are then able to process that ticket to provide customer service.
