Forefront Technologies has been exhibiting in GITEX since 1996, a year after the company was born for many reasons. Participating in the event allows your company to gain exposure and increase brand visibility on a global scale.

Live and engaging demonstrations will be ongoing throughout the exhibition, showcasing all our technology advancements focusing on both hardware and software solutions.

How important is GITEX Global for your business, and what is the volume of business growth you anticipate from your participation in the show?

The importance of GITEX Global for a business can vary significantly depending on several factors, including the industry, the company's size, its market presence, and its specific objectives for the event. Some businesses may see GITEX Global as a critical opportunity to gain exposure, meet potential clients and partners, showcase their innovations, and stay up to date with industry trends. As for the volume of business growth anticipated from participating in the show, we believe and have witnessed in the past 2 decades of our participation that the quality of leads generated, along with the effectiveness of our follow-up efforts, and various other factors have always proven positively and successful, hence our continuous return to the exhibition.

How important is the Middle East and Africa for your business, and what is your growth strategy in the region over the coming years?

The Middle East and Africa region is known for its emerging markets with considerable economic potential. The rapidly growing population and increasing urbanization present various business opportunities across industries. Many countries in the MEA region are witnessing significant advancements in technology adoption. This itself presents opportunities for tech companies to offer their products and services to a growing market.

The MEA region’s digital transformation initiatives often focus on fostering innovation and adopting cutting-edge technologies by embracing advancements like AI, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing. This, in turn, can drive the global tech ecosystem by contributing novel solutions and best practices that can be adopted worldwide.

As the MEA region continues to digitize and modernize its industries, it creates vast market opportunities for tech companies. GITEX Global is accelerating the epic race for AI dominance in 2023:  how is your business embracing the AI innovation wave?

Forefront Technologies has already introduced AI solutions into our website, such as facial recognition, OCR and speech recognition, within our content management and case management solutions.

Forefront Technologies is currently finalizing the strategy going forward with introducing AI into our business; however to provide a little information we are working on the below:

Automation and Efficiency: Implement AI automation to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual errors, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Personalization: Utilize AI to personalize customer interactions, marketing campaigns, and product recommendations, creating a more tailored and engaging experience for users.

AI in Customer Support: Implement AI-driven chatbots or virtual assistants to provide 24/7 customer support and handle routine inquiries.

Aside from AI, what is the world’s next big technology shift and how should government, business, and society prepare for it?

Aside from AI, the world’s next big technology shift is focusing on big data technology, where the technology is primarily designed to analyze, process and extract information from a large data set to provide the end solution of ensuring the archiving process through our hardware and software products.

GITEX Global and GITEX Impact will build up the momentum for COP 28, taking place in Dubai from 30 November -12 December. How do you see the adoption of ESG strategies by tech companies, and what are the critical factors for those initiatives leading to a more sustainable future?

ESG strategies are becoming increasingly important for tech companies, as they are seen as a way to reduce risk, improve reputation, and attract investors.

There are a number of critical factors for tech companies to consider when adopting ESG strategies. These include setting clear goals and objectives, measuring the progress, communication with stakeholders and taking the correct action to make a difference.

Tech companies have the potential to play a major role in leading the way to a more sustainable future. By adopting ESG strategies, they can reduce their environmental impact, improve their social responsibility, and build a more sustainable business.
