Considering COP 28 in UAE, we are also promoting Convene ESG, a software that simplifies your ESG journey, ensuring the compliance, consistency, accuracy, and comparability of sustainability reporting and data.
How important is GITEX Global for your business, and what is the volume of business growth you anticipate from your participation in the show?
With this platform, we are hoping to connect with tech giants, creative startups, large enterprises and seeking a healthy partnership with Govt. institutions to meet their requirements of seamless meetings withing organization. With growing demand for sustainability, we also would like to make the ESG reporting smoother for every organization in the Middle East and Africa region. With the participation in GITEX Global 2023, we are anticipating 20-25% of business growth.

This could lead to breakthroughs in various sectors and stimulate international interest in the region's technological advancements.
Which countries and industry verticals are you targeting as part of your business plan over the next 5-10 years?
Convene fully understands the growing needs of Middle East and Africa region’s digital economy. Convene has started to invest in these regions by setting up an office and adding technical capabilities and talents such as project management, systems engineers, etc. to keep delivering exciting innovations.

Our AI implementations for Convene are under way. We want to implement AI-generated meeting summaries to help our directors better read large volume meeting packs.
Aside from AI, what is the world’s next big technology shift and how should government, business, and society prepare for it?
It is challenging to predict the exact "next big technology shift" with certainty, as technological advancements can emerge rapidly and unexpectedly. However, some technologies like quantum computing, renewable and sustainable technologies, space exploration, advance transportation is gaining traction and could have significant impact. Governments should invest in research, establish ethical guidelines, and prepare for the challenges. Businesses should explore such technologies and partnerships and Society should promote STEM education, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and address potential societal implications, ensuring equitable access and benefits.
