What are your reasons for coming onboard the 43rd edition of GITEX Global, what are your expectations, and who are you hoping to meet at the show?
GITEX is an important business development opportunity for Nintex. We use this event to meet with existing and prospective customers to help them better understand how to get more from process automation and artificial intelligence.
Are you planning to launch any products or services, demonstrate new technologies, or sign any partnerships during the show? Please provide details to help us amplify your presence.
We have no plans to launch new products at GITEX though we will share our product roadmap with customers and showcase some new prototype solutions we’re building using generative AI.
How important is GITEX Global for your business, and what is the volume of business growth you anticipate from your participation in the show?
GITEX is the flagship regional event for us in 2023. We anticipate that the customer meetings we hold at GITEX will help us create new revenue opportunities in 2023 and 2024.
How important is the Middle East and Africa for your business, and what is your growth strategy in the region over the coming years?
We are expanding our footprint in the Middle East and Africa. Today we have more than 300 customers across the region. We’re hiring people to expand our business in Egypt and have just announced the opening of a new office in Saudi Arabia to better serve our customers in the Upper Gulf region.
To what extent can the region’s bold digital transformation missions elevate the global tech ecosystem?
We recognize the importance of the region and realize that the investments we’ve made especially around our regional partner ecosystem can help us expand and develop best practices in the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
Which countries and industry verticals are you targeting as part of your business plan over the next 5-10 years?
We will continue to prioritize financial services, manufacturing, and government as key industry priorities in the region. As new business opportunities emerge, we expect to invest deeply in the SMB segment.
GITEX Global is accelerating the epic race for AI dominance in 2023: how is your business embracing the AI innovation wave?
We’re using AI in several ways to help us bring new innovations to market. We know that the emergence generative AI will supercharge adoption and create new opportunities. As a leading low-code/no code platform for citizen developers we know tools like ChatGPT will be critical in driving end-user adoption and building new solutions faster.
Aside from AI, what is the world’s next big technology shift and how should government, business, and society prepare for it?
Within the next 3-5 years every information worker will have an AI co-pilot beside them to help manage tasks. This will create new opportunities not just in terms of technological productivity but social progress too.
GITEX Global and GITEX Impact will build up the momentum for COP 28, taking place in Dubai from 30 November -12 December. How do you see the adoption of ESG strategies by tech companies, and what are the critical factors for those initiatives leading to a more sustainable future?
Much like shareholders look at key financial metrics to make decisions, ESG will become equally important. In the same way that organizations will need to provide a financial forecast, the same will be true for providing a sustainability forecast.
Today, we’re already seeing employees make career decisions based on an organizations commitment to ESG and other social policy issues.
