hSenid Business Solutions partnered with the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (IPM) as the Official Technology Partner for the National HR Conference-2014 (NHRC 2014), South Asia’s largest HR event organised by IPM Sri Lanka. hSenid Business Solutions has been a strategic partner of IPM for more than a decade with an aim to improve the quality of HR by encompassing industry best practices and taking HR to greater heights in Sri Lanka.
The NHRC 2014, took place on the 18th and 19th of June at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Colombo. This year’s conference was built around the theme ‘redefining HR for boosting performance’, addressing the need to recast HR strategy to align itself with changing organisational needs. It examined innovative HR concepts and strategies that could be deployed to improve the performance of any type of organisation, in a rapidly changing business environment.
Renowned keynote speakers from Australia, UK, Malaysia and Sri Lanka presented new thoughts, insights, global practices and different disciplines relevant to the conference theme as this event is regarded as the most inclusive learning forum for the HR community. The conference attracted over 1,000 delegates from a multitude of organisations; public and private sector companies, universities, government departments, NGO’s and other entities from Sri Lanka and South Asian regions.
